Tyler Bouck (born January 13, 1980 in Camrose , Alberta ) is a former Canadian ice hockey player who was last under contract with ERC Ingolstadt in the German ice hockey league .
Career
Tyler Bouck began his career as a hockey player with the Prince George Cougars , for whom he was active from 1995 to 2000 in the Western Hockey League . During this time he was selected in the second round of the 1998 NHL Entry Draft as the 57th player in total by the Dallas Stars , for which the winger made his debut in the National Hockey League in the 2000/01 season . He also played this season for their farm team , the Utah Grizzlies from the International Hockey League . On June 23, 2001, the Stars gave the attacker to their league rivals, the Phoenix Coyotes , but he left after only seven games after Bouck was transferred to the Vancouver Canucks in December 2001 .
The Canadian played in the Vancouver Canucks franchise for a total of five and a half years, mainly for their farm team , the Manitoba Moose from the American Hockey League , on the ice. He also spent the time during the lockout in the 2004/05 NHL season at TPS Turku in the Finnish SM-liiga . After the attacker was under contract in the AHL with the Portland Pirates from 2007 to 2009 , he returned to Europe in summer 2009, where he received a contract with ERC Ingolstadt in the DEL .
International
For Canada , Bouck took part in the U20 Junior World Championships in 1999 and 2000 and in the Germany Cup in 2010 .
