The Uftjuga ( Russian У́фтюга ) is a left tributary of the Sukhona in the Arkhangelsk and Vologda Oblasts in northwestern Russia .
The Uftjuga has its source in the Ustya Raion in the Arkhangelsk Oblast. It flows south into the Vologda Oblast and reaches the left bank of the Suchona 5 km south of Nyuksenitsa . 36 km above the mouth, the Porscha meets the Uftjuga from the left.
The Uftjuga has a length of 134 km. It drains an area of 2360 km². The mean discharge is 21.8 m³ / s. The river was used for rafting , at least earlier .
