The Ulrichshaus Magdeburg is a shopping center , specialist medical center and office building in Magdeburg's old town .

The Ulrichshaus is located in the old town of Magdeburg directly on the corner of the shopping street Breiter Weg and Ernst-Reuter-Allee opposite the shopping center Allee-Center . The Elbe , Magdeburg Central Station and the City-Carre are also close to the Ulrichshaus . It can be reached in public transport by tram lines 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9 and 10 at the stops "Alter Markt", "Goldschmiedebrücke" and "Allee-Center" and the S-Bahn line 1 am Central Station. An underground car park with 360 parking spaces is available for private transport.

The five-story building was erected in 1997 on Ulrichplatz, where the Ulrichskirche , which was blown up in 1956, was formerly located. Ulrichplatz with its fountain and sculptures is a popular meeting place as it is the only green oasis in Magdeburg's city center.
The house has around 16,800 m² of office, practice and retail space out of a total area of around 20,000 m².
