The União das Freguesias de Constantim e Vale de Nogueiras is a Portuguese municipality ( Freguesia ) in the district ( concelho ) Vila Real in northern Portugal .
history
The municipality was created in the course of the regional reform of September 29, 2013 by merging the former municipalities of Constantim and Vale de Nogueiras .
Constantim became the seat of the new administration.
