Unterellmau is a village near Fuschl am See in the state of Salzburg .
Unterellmau is also part of the municipality of Fuschl am See and is located southeast of Fuschl in the valley of the Ellmaubach , a tributary of the Fuschlsee . It is surrounded in the northwest by Ellmaustein , in the east by Sulzberg and in the south by Sonnberg. There are several guest houses and inns in the village. The road from Fuschl to Unterellmau continues to Oberellmau and ends there in a valley head.
