Life

The relationship with her uncle Walther Rathenau is very much in the foreground. Numerous prominent personalities from culture, politics and business frequented her upper-class, Judeo-Christian parents' home. As a child, she and her older sister wanted to kill themselves because of poor school grades.

She studied Protestant theology and did her doctorate in 1928 at the University of Heidelberg on the subject: "The religious problem of fate in the present atheism". In 1927 she married Hans Karl von Mangoldt-Reiboldt . In 1934 the publisher Fritz Werle (1899–1977) won her over as an employee.

As a writer, she has come out particularly with books on lifestyle and meditation , and her special interest was palm reading . As a translator and publisher, she published numerous works on spiritual and esoteric topics in her OW Barth Verlag . In Bad Säckingen , where she lived with Wolf Freiherr von Fritsch until her death, she published the magazine Meditation in her Christianapolis publishing house . During this time she was u. a. friends with Alma von Stockhausen and Hortense von Gelmini .
