The Vârful La Om (or Piscul Baciului , German also Hirtenspitze ) is at 2238 m the highest peak of the Piatra Craiului Mountains (German Königsteingebirge ) in the Romanian Southern Carpathians .

It is located in the Brașov region (German: Kronstadt) about 9 km southwest of the small town of Zărneşti . From the summit you have a far-reaching view of the Fagarasch Mountains in the west and the Bucegi Mountains in the southeast. The easiest ascent leads from the southeast over the Refugiul Grind refuge . The ascent from the northwest over the refuge Refugiul Șpirla is very steep and partly secured with steel cables. A ridge path leads over the ridge of the Piatra Craiului Mountains and crosses the summit of La Om.
