VBC Münchenbuchsee is a Swiss volleyball club from Münchenbuchsee .
The club offers top-class sport as well as popular sport, and it also has several junior teams in different age categories. With over 100 active members in eleven teams, the VBC Münchenbuchsee is one of the larger associations in the canton of Bern and Switzerland .
Men 1
Men 1 have been playing in the second top division in Swiss volleyball, the National League B , since 1995. The team was able to fight its way into National League A three times (2001/02, 2003–2005, 2010–2012). There they were at the bottom of the table and could only last a maximum of two seasons. In the meantime, there were also some well-known Swiss beach volleyball players in the team, for example David Wenger , Mirco Gerson , Jan Schnider , Mats Kovatsch , Philip Gabathuler and Jonas Weingart played at VBC Münchenbuchsee. Jonas Kissling , the older of the Kissling brothers, is currently playing for VBCM. The team is back in National League B and is on the playoff course.

Women 1
The women 1 played from 1998 to 2005 in the national league B, but then relegated to the first division, where the team has been in the upper half of the table since then and has only narrowly failed several times on renewed promotion. In the current season the promotion wants to be made and currently the team is in second place in the table. From 2005 to 2009 the team was trained by Timo Lippuner, the current assistant coach of the Swiss national volleyball team for women .
