Valduno ( Asturian Valdunu ) is one of six Parroquias and at the same time their administrative seat in the municipality of Las Regueras of the Autonomous Region of Asturias in Spain . The 286 inhabitants (2011) live in nine villages on an area of 14.84 km². The Rio Nalón crosses the Parroquia.
