Valsera is one of six Parroquias and at the same time its administrative seat in the municipality of Las Regueras in the autonomous region of Asturias in Spain . The 616 inhabitants (2011) live in 9 villages, on an area of 13.52 km². The Rio Nalón crosses the Parroquia.
