Vanessa Zips
Vanessa Zips (* 1995 ) is an Austrian singer and musical performer .
Vanessa Zips has been on stage since she was 7 years old. From 2005 she was a member of the children's choir of the Vienna Volksoper and from 2013 in the youth choir of the Wiener Volksoper.
Zips has made guest appearances in opera, operetta and musical productions a. a. in the Ronacher , at the Stadttheater Baden , at the opera in the St. Margarethen quarry and in the summer arena Baden . In 2016 she took part in the Kufstein Operetta Summer. In spring 2016 and 2017 she was seen as Chava in the musical Anatevka in the Volksoper. In the 2017/18 season she then appeared on stage at the Vienna Volksoper as Liesel in The Sound of Music and as Clara in Vivaldi - The fifth season .
In October 2018 she embodies the title role Heidi in the world premiere of Heidi - The Musical by Michael Schanze and Hans Dieter Schreeb ; she received the role after a casting with more than 100 applicants.
