Hans Dieter Schreeb
Hans Dieter Schreeb (born July 23, 1938 in Wiesbaden ) lives in Berlin and is a German author of novels, television plays and plays; he also works as a journalist.
Life
Schreeb grew up in the hotel of his grandmother Frieda Schreeb, whose story he dealt with in the historical novel Hotel Petersburger Hof . In addition to working as a screenwriter for radio and television, Schreeb wrote historical novels that are characterized by precise research and local reference.
In 2005 Schreeb was awarded the culture prize of the state capital Wiesbaden .
On behalf of the Gallissas Theaterverlag , Schreeb wrote the book zu Tell - The Musical , together with the composer Marc Schubring and the songwriter Wolfgang Adenberg , which was developed on behalf of the Walensee-Bühne in Walenstadt , where it was also premiered.
