The Vavilov Hill ( Russian Гора Николай Вавилова Gora Nikolai Wawilowa ; Norwegian Vavilovskuten ) is a 2640  m high hill in the East Antarctic Queen Maud Land . In the Weyprecht Mountains of Hoelfjella, it rises 5 km west of Shatskiy Hill .

Aerial photographs of the German Antarctic Expedition (1938–1939) under the direction of polar explorer Alfred Ritscher served as an initial rough mapping. Further mapping was carried out using aerial photographs and measurements taken by the Third Norwegian Antarctic Expedition (1956–1960). Soviet scientists carried out a new mapping and naming on a research trip that lasted from 1960 to 1961 . It is named after the Soviet botanist Nikolai Ivanovich Wawilow (1887–1943). In 1970, the Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names adapted the Russian name to English.
