Vejlby Sogn is a parish municipality ( Danish : Sogn ) in southern Denmark . Until 1970 it belonged to Harde Elbo Herred in what was then Vejle Amt , then to Fredericia Kommune in the expanded Vejle Amt , which became part of the Syddanmark region on January 1, 2007 as part of the local government reform .

1910 inhabitants live in the parish (as of January 1, 2020). The church "Egeskov Kirke" is located in the parish.

Neighboring communities are Christians Sogn in the south and Bredstrup Sogn in the west , and Gårslev Sogn in the neighboring Vejle municipality to the north .
