Pjedsted Sogn is a parish municipality ( Danish : Sogn ) in southern Denmark . Until 1970 she belonged to Harde Holmans Herred in what was then Vejle Amt , then to Fredericia Kommune in the expanded Vejle Amt , which became part of the Syddanmark region on January 1, 2007 as part of the local government reform .

847 inhabitants live in the parish, 602 of them in the parish (as of January 1, 2020). In the parish is the church "Pjedsted Kirke".

Neighboring municipalities are in the southeast Bredstrup Sogn and in the southwest Herslev Sogn , furthermore in the neighboring Vejle municipality in the northwest Smidstrup Sogn and in the northeast Gauerslund Sogn .
