Verena Kaiser began her sporting career as a track and field athlete at the age of 12. She trained in the local sports club in her home town of Malsch (Karlsruhe district) . Due to the increase in performance, SV Karlsruhe Beiertheim was interested in the athlete. Here she developed into a competitive athlete and switched to the high- profile Otto Hahn Gymnasium in Karlsruhe , partner school for top-class sport . She competed in her first competitions in 2010 in the 400-meter and 800-meter disciplines , in which she qualified for the finals of the German Athletics Championships every year and ranked 8-10 in the national elite. As a youth runner, she qualified for cross-national championships in her first year of competition and won gold in the finals of the South German Junior Championship in St. Wendel in the best time. Professional boxes

Verena Kaiser first came into contact with martial arts as a girl in a judo club. At the age of 21 she found her way back to martial arts and attended the first boxing training in May 2014. She started with kickboxing and Thai boxing in the Bulldog Gym in Karlsruhe , where she also discovered boxing for herself. That year she played a few newcomer fights, after which she was offered a contract as a professional boxer.

On December 13, 2014 Kaiser made her professional debut in Karlsruhe and defeated Timea Belik from Hungary , who also made her debut as a professional boxer that evening, after four rounds by unanimous decision.

On June 11, 2016, she played a six-round fight against Hasna Tukic from Bosnia-Herzegovina at the KSL Gym in Lahr . Kaiser won by breaking off in the fifth round.

In the next fight, she fought for her first title on November 26, 2016 in the Universal Hall in Berlin. Her opponent in the 10-round fight for the intercontinental title of the Legends Boxing Federation (LBF) in the super lightweight was Lela Terashwili from Georgia , who gave up after the fifth round.

On September 16, 2017, she won the welterweight championship according to the version of the Women's International Boxing Federation (WIBF) and the Global Boxing Union (GBU) when she defeated Diana Garcia from the Dominican Republic after 10 rounds on points.
