Weranika Paulowitsch , Belarusian Вераніка Паўловіч - also Veronika Pavlovich - (born May 8, 1978 in Minsk ) is a Belarusian table tennis player . She won bronze in doubles at the 2008 European Championships.

successes

Paulowitsch won a silver medal in mixed with Vladimir Samsonow at the European Youth Championships in 1993 .

In 2008 and 2009 she took part in European championships . In 2008 she reached the semi-finals in doubles together with Oksana Fadejewa .

Since 1993 she has been nominated 15 times for world championships . Her greatest success was the third place for the Belarusian women's team at the 2006 World Cup in Bremen. She also qualified three times to take part in the Olympic Games, namely in 2000 , 2004 and 2008 . In doing so, she never came close to medal ranks.

In July 2011, Paulowitsch was ranked 80th in the ITTF world rankings , and in February 2010 she was ranked 43rd.

Germany

In 1997 Paulowitsch moved from Minsk to the German Bundesliga for TSV Betzingen , with whom she won the ETTU Cup in 2000/01 . After an interlude at HSTK Zagreb, she joined 3B Berlin in 2000 . She also won the ETTU Cup with his women's team in 2004 and 2007.

Weronika Paulowitsch has a twin sister, Wiktoryja Paulowitsch .
