Administrative community Götschetal-Petersberg
In the Götschetal-Petersberg administrative community in the northern Saale district on the edge of the Lower Saale Valley nature park , seven municipalities were united to handle their administrative business. The seat of the joint administrative office was in the Götschetal district of Wallwitz .
On January 1, 2010, the administrative community was dissolved through the amalgamation of all member communities to form the new Petersberg community .
The administrative community had an area of 102.69 km² and 10,657 inhabitants (December 31, 2008).

- Götschetal with Wallwitz , Gutenberg , Nehlitz , Sennewitz and Teicha
- Krosigk with Kaltenmark and New Houses
- Kütten with Drobitz
- Morl with alums, Beidersee, Morl and Möderau
- Ostrau with Mösthinsdorf
- Petersberg with Drehlitz and Frößnitz
