Hohen is a village belonging to the Brachstedt district of the Petersberg municipality in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located about one kilometer southeast of Brachstedt, northeast of the city of Halle (Saale) . To the north of the locality is the prehistoric grave complex Geisterhügel , to the east is the Dachsberg .

The place is characterized by several farms from the 19th century. The street row Zum Bauernteich 3–6 is a listed building .

In 1925 174 people lived in the village, today (2019) 95. On April 1, 1938 Hohen was incorporated into Brachstedt. As part of Brachstedt, it became part of the Petersberg community in 2010.
