The Lower Saale Valley Nature Park is a nature park in Saxony-Anhalt . It stretches along the Saale from Halle (Saale) to Nienburg (Saale) and is characterized by glacial deposits. The nature park has relatively little rain, so characteristic plant communities have formed. Special features of the landscape are the porphyry hill landscape, the Mansfeld Mulde , the Halle-Hettstedter mountain bridge and the Fuhnetal .

The total area covers 408 km². The lower Saale valley was placed under landscape protection as early as 1961 and declared a nature park in 2005.

Larger cities and districts are Halle (Saale), Wettin , Alsleben , Bernburg (Saale) and Nienburg (Saale) .
