The administrative association Hörnergruppe in the Swabian district of Oberallgäu has existed since the municipal reform .

founding

The administrative communities were introduced in Bavaria as part of the first law to strengthen local self-government of July 27, 1971 (GVBl p. 247). The horn group was established with effect from April 1, 1973 - and thus as the first administrative community - on the basis of this law. Four communities (still without Balderschwang) had come together voluntarily.

Member municipalities

The administrative community includes:

  1. Balderschwang , 366 inhabitants, 41.66 km²
  2. Bolsterlang , 1135 inhabitants, 20.37 km²
  3. Fischen i.Allgäu , 3194 inhabitants, 13.59 km²
  4. Obermaiselstein , 1010 inhabitants, 25.02 km²
  5. Ofterschwang , 2068 inhabitants, 19.54 km²
