  2. Kemnath , town with 5494 inhabitants, 56.82 km²

The administrative association founded in 1978 is based in Kemnath.

From its founding on May 1, 1978 to December 31, 1979, the administrative community also included the municipalities of Immenreuth and Kulmain .
