In the administrative community Stadtprozelten in the Lower Franconian district of Miltenberg , the following communities have come together to handle their administrative business:

The administrative association founded in 1978 is based in Stadtprozelten.

The municipalities of Collenberg and Faulbach had also belonged to the administrative community until December 31, 1979 . Furthermore, on January 1, 1994, the village of Dorfprozelten was dismissed.
