The administrative community Thiendorf was an administrative community in the Free State of Saxony in the district of Meißen . It was located in the northeast of the district, about 14 km west of Königsbrück and 15 km east of the city of Großenhain . The community area was located on the southern edge of the Niederlausitzer Heidelandschaft nature park at the transition between Großenhainer Pflege and the Westlausitzer Bergland . To the north of the community area was the border with the state of Brandenburg . The federal road 98 ran through Thiendorf . The Federal Motorway 4 , which formerly ran through the community area , could be reached via the connection Thiendorf .

- Thiendorf with the districts Lötzschen, Lüttichau, Lüttichau-Cultivation, Naundorf near Ortrand , Ponickau, Sacka, Stölpchen, Welxande and Thiendorf
- Tauscha with the districts Dobra, Kleinnaundorf, Würschnitz, Zschorna and Tauscha
With the incorporation of the municipality of Tauscha into the municipality of Thiendorf on January 1, 2016, the administrative community was dissolved.
