The Vesgre rises in the municipality of Les Bréviaires , in the Haute Vallée de Chevreuse Regional Nature Park , generally drains in a north-westerly direction and flows into the Eure after about 45 kilometers at La Chaussée-d'Ivry as a right tributary . On its way it crosses the Yvelines and Eure-et-Loir departments .
