In September 2018, 16-year-old Julius Potempa competed in the 2nd German championships of the German Rifle Federation in 3D archery . At the time he was the reigning vice national champion in the class "Blankbogen Jugend" and was German champion with 332 points at the tournament.

Soccer

The women's soccer team won the Lower Saxony championship in 1990 and was promoted to the then second-class Oberliga Nord . During the 1990/91 season, however, the team was withdrawn for reasons unknown.

The football division can look back on a long history. After difficult years, the division started practically from scratch in 2000, when the C-youth was the top-playing team. In 2001 the 1st men was re-established and started in the 3rd district class. Up to the 1st district class they rose and were able to move up to the district league in 2005/06. While one sat down in the upper house of Celle, a second gentleman could be established again. In summer 2008 both teams were promoted. The first men rose after the first year in the district league, but saved themselves via the promotion relegation after a year in the district league again in 2010 in the district league. In the same year, the 2nd men rose further to the 1st district class. At the same time, the first youth teams were able to climb back into the district.

While the first men played in the district league from then on, the second men in 2015 went to the district league. In the same year they also won the district cup. In 2016 a team rose to the Lower Saxony league for the first time with the U16 and also secured relegation. The greatest success in the club's history, however, was the promotion of the first men to the sixth class Landesliga Lüneburg in 2017. In the same year, the U18 also rose to the Lower Saxony league . After only one season, the first men's team was relegated to the district league. In 2019 he was promoted again to the Lüneburg regional league.

Handball

In handball, the club qualified in 2002 for the first round north of the DHB Cup 2002/03 and was eliminated from the Stralsund HV . The first men's team will play in the 2017/18 season, as in the previous season, in the seventh-class regional league, which is below the sixth-class regional league .
