María Victoria Losada Gómez (born March 5, 1991 in Terrassa , Barcelona ) is a Spanish soccer player .

Career

In the club

Losada began her career in the male youth teams of the CD Can Parellada in the small town of Can Parellada , a suburb of Terrassa . There followed a year (1997 to 1998) at CE Sabadell, from which she moved to FC Barcelona in spring 1998 at the age of seven . As a 14-year-old she made her first appearances in the second team of FC Barcelona and was appointed to the first team in the summer of 2006. In her first season she could not prevail and therefore moved to the city rivals RCD Espanyol on loan at the beginning of the 2007 season . In their second senior season, Losada won the Copa Cataluña with Espanyol Barcelona. She then returned in May 2008 to FC Barcelona and became coach Xavi Llorens to team captain appointed. At FC Barcelona she won the 2011 Copa de la Reina and was voted the best player of the season for her team. The following year she won the double with the team , consisting of Superliga Femenina and Copa Catalunya , and in 2013 the triple (Superliga Femenina, Copa de la Reina and Copa Catalunya).

On February 28, 2014, she moved to Western New York Flash on loan in the National Women's Soccer League and returned to FC Barcelona in September 2014. For the 2015 season of the FA WSL , she signed with Arsenal LFC .

National team

Losada has been a member of the Spanish women's national soccer team since 2010 , for which she played in June 2013 under the direction of Ignacio Quereda at the 2013 European women's soccer championship in Sweden . Losada was also nominated for the 2015 Women's World Cup , for which Spain qualified for the first time.
