The Alsatian Schuller has lived in Val-d'Isère since his youth and is a member of the local ski club. From December 2010 he participated in FIS races and national championships. He was a participant in the 2012 Winter Youth Olympic Games in Innsbruck , his best result there was fourth place in the Super-G. The first appearances in the European Cup followed in January 2013 and in the same month he achieved his first victory in an FIS race. Schuller struggled to establish himself in the European Cup; it took another two years until the first point was won. Gradually, a specialization in the fast disciplines emerged. At the Junior World Championships in Sochi in 2016 , he won the bronze medal in the downhill. Due to a ruptured cruciate ligament , he missed almost the entire 2016/17 season.
The following season 2017/18 he started with a victory in an FIS race and he also improved in the European Cup. For these reasons, he made his World Cup debut on January 19, 2018 , although he did not finish at the Hahnenkamm Super-G in Kitzbühel . After a subdued start to the 2018/19 season, he won two runs on the same day in Chamonix on January 29, 2019 .
