Little has been preserved of Raber's work as a painter that could be clearly assigned to him. In the course of his life he collected numerous spiritual and secular games, including the Bozener Emmausspiele , which he copied and some of which he edited and expanded himself. He also acted as a game director and actor. Raber not only participated in games in Bolzano and Sterzing, but also in Klausen , Trient and Cavalese in the Fiemme Valley.
