Viktor Menzel

Viktor Menzel (born September 15, 1865 in Ratibor , † after 1921) was a German historian , teacher and writer .

Life

His father Carl Friedrich Menzel was a senior teacher at the Royal Evangelical High School in Ratibor. Viktor Menzel passed the matriculation examination in Inowrazlaw , Province of Posen , and received his matriculation certificate on March 12, 1883. After that he was employed as a teacher in Neu Ruppin and high school professor at the Kaiserin-Augusta-Gymnasium in Berlin-Charlottenburg since 1890 . In addition to historical specialist treatises, he published a novel , the story "Schwurbrüder" , which appeared in several editions , and poems .
