The now listed country house- like villa is a two-storey residential building with a five-axis main view to the south, where the garden and then the street are.

In the symmetrical elevation of the facade of the main view, there is a three-axis, three-storey central projection , which is closed at the top by an attic , which is located in front of the flat, slate-covered hipped roof . In front of the risalit there is a ground floor-high, glazed veranda with an exit on top; A double flight of stairs leads from the veranda into the garden .

The windows of the plastered, unstructured building are framed by sandstone walls, these mostly with straight roofs of different shapes.

The enclosure is made by a plastered wall with a sandstone cover, in which simple gate pillars with a concave gate system.
