In front of the risalit there is a ground floor-high, glazed veranda with an exit on top; A double flight of stairs leads from the veranda into the garden .

The windows of the plastered, unstructured building are framed by sandstone walls, these mostly with straight roofs of different shapes.

The enclosure is made by a plastered wall with a sandstone cover, in which simple gate pillars with a concave gate system.
