The Villa Gabel is a villa at Oststraße 12 in Heilbronn , which was built in 1923 in the neoclassical style. The building stands as a cultural monument under monument protection .

description

The villa was created by Adolf Mössinger for Anton Gabel . The two-story secular building with a facade in plaster is determined by the symmetry and the horizontal . A loggia with a balcony above it with a balustrade enriches the structure facing the street. The building as a whole is adorned as the upper end by a cornice or cornice, on which a smaller storey with an attic , pilasters (on which there used to be vases) and oculi was placed. The portal of the historicizing villa is adorned by columns in Doric style .

history

In 1950 the villa was owned by the internist Friedrich Börstler. Besides him, the gynecologist Walter Kupferschmid also had his practice in the building. In 1961 only Börstler used the building.
