Villa of Johann August Möbius (left), center of the picture Sunday home and the old parish and rectory (1901)

The single-storey, today, together with fencing under monument protection standing villa like Villa is traufständig on a high basement floor , down with rubble stone plinth, top with square plaster . The villa has a knee-length floor as well as a protruding, slate-covered gable roof in the Swiss style .

In the street view, there is a two-storey risalit with a gable, whose eaves and verges are supported by carved, wooden consoles . In front of the risalit there is a polygonal, closed veranda with an exit on top. This was originally limited by a balustrade , today there is a simple, unsuitable grille.

In the left side view to the south there is a Palladi motif in the gable. Today's plaster structure comes from a later renovation, plus some simple plaster and sandstone decors. The windows are Sandsteingewände edged and on the main floor by straight Verdachungen crowned.

In 1914 it was given a porch on the back and a flat bay window on the north side.

The fence consists of iron fence panels between sandstone pillars.
