In the street view towards Nizzastraße there is also a two-axis sandstone dormer with a triangular gable in the roof. In the left side view there is a two-story, colored glazed wooden veranda; this is also where the entrance is located.

The windows are framed by richly decorated and profiled sandstone walls with keystones and sill consoles , and the facade is structured by plaster strips and corner pilasters. The knee stick is decorated by stencil painting in the form of festoons (ears of corn).

The enclosure is a renovated wooden picket fence between sandstone pillars.
