Vladimir Pavic

Vladimir Pavic (born November 25, 1972 in Munich ) is a German actor .

Life

After graduating from high school at the Pestalozzi-Gymnasium in Munich, Vladimir Pavic completed a course in communications management at the Bavarian Academy for Advertising and Marketing (BAW) in Munich. At the same time he founded the music agency arte di monaco with the musician and cameraman Amadeus Hiller and organized concerts for classical and new music in Munich and Salzburg.

From 1997 Vladimir Pavic studied drama at the "Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy" University of Music and Theater in Leipzig with Gerhard Neubauer and Mechtild Hauptmann. This was followed by the two-year acting studio at the German National Theater in Weimar . There he played u. a. the Longaville in Liebesleid und Lust by William Shakespeare (director: Katja Paryla) and the Karl von Moor in Räuber (after Friedrich Schiller) staged by Anette Büschelberger. After his studies, Hansgünther Heyme engaged him for the European Ruhr Festival in Recklinghausen . There were three joint productions between 2001 and 2003 in collaboration with the Theater National du Luxembourg: Servant of two gentlemen (Carlo Goldoni), Florindo; Ibrahim Sultan (Daniel Casper von Lohenstein), Grand Vizier Mehemet, as well as shards (fragments of Euripides), Theseus, Phaeton etc. Vladimir Pavic has been active in numerous productions at the Schlosstheater Celle since 2001 . Most recently he was there in 2011 in The Good Man of Sezuan (Bertolt Brecht) as Jang Sun on stage, directed by Kalle Kubik.

From 2005 he intensified his work in the field of film and television. In 2006 he played with Petra Schmidt-Schaller and Marko Pustišek in the road movie Balkan Traffic - The Day After Tomorrow Nirgendwo, his first leading role as corpse smuggler Zoki. The short film 12 komma 36 by Stijepan Marina made it into the top ten films at the “ Shocking Shorts Award ” festival 2009. In the Berlin Hollywood production Unknown Identity (director: Jaume Collet-Serra ) Vladimir Pavic makes a brief appearance as a Bosnian bouncer to see.
