Volker Tulzer

Volker Tulzer (born June 24, 1940 - October 13, 2005 in Vienna ) was an Austrian middle and long distance runner .

At the European Athletics Championships in Belgrade in 1962 he reached the semi-finals over 800 m , and at the Olympic Games in Tokyo in 1964 he was eliminated over 1500 m in the preliminary run.

He was Austrian champion over 800 m three times (1965, 1967, 1970) and four times in cross-country running on the short distance (1962, 1963, 1965, 1966).
