Vuko Borozan (born April 9, 1994 in Cetinje , Republic of Montenegro , Federal Republic of Yugoslavia ) is a Montenegrin handball player who has been playing for the Hungarian first division club KC Veszprém since 2019 .
Career
Vuko Borozan started playing handball in his hometown when he was 13. From 2012 he played for the Croatian club RK Karlovac, with which he took part in the EHF Challenge Cup . In January 2014, the 2.03 meter tall back player moved to Macedonia for RK Metalurg Skopje , with whom he won the championship in 2014 and for whom he played four times in the EHF Champions League in the 2014/15 season. In December 2014 he left Skopje and joined the German Bundesliga club TuS N-Lübbecke , with whom he signed a contract until summer 2017. After TuS N-Lübbecke was relegated in 2016, he moved prematurely to the Macedonian first division club RK Vardar Skopje . With Vardar he won the North Macedonian Championship in 2017, 2018 and 2019, the North Macedonian Cup in 2017 and 2018 and the EHF Champions League in 2017 and 2019. For the 2019/20 season he moved to the Hungarian club KC Veszprém .
Borozan has played eleven international matches for the Montenegrin national team , with which he took part in the 2014 European Championship in Denmark .
