The Hammerstadtgraben , on the upper reaches of Wöhrbach , is a left tributary of the Swabian Rezat near Weißenburg in Bavaria in the central Franconian district of Weißenburg-Gunzenhausen .

course

The Wöhrbach rises at an altitude of 430  m above sea level. NN south of Kattenhochstatt near the European main watershed and northeast of the Trommetsheimer Berg at the exit of a small pond. It flows in an easterly direction and is fed by a nameless stream near Kattenhochstatt. From the settlement boundary of Holzingen it is called Hammerstadtgraben, it flows further east through the village and then north past Emetzheim . The Hammerstadtgraben opens at an altitude of 408  m above sea level. NN opposite the Weißenburg industrial areas from the left into the Swabian Rezat. The Hammerstadtgraben crosses a wide open landscape during its entire course .
