WR 124 (also QR Sge or Hen 2-427 called) is a giant star in the constellation arrow and one of the rare Wolf-Rayet star with a surface temperature of 35,000  K . The star, more than 10,000 light years away, has an apparent magnitude of 11.2 mag. The extreme stellar wind that emanates from it has been driving its shell away from it at high speed for about 10,000 years, creating an impressive circumstellar nebula called M1-67 around it.
