Juniper heather Nassenberg

The Nassenberg juniper heather is a nature reserve in the Cochem-Zell district in Rhineland-Palatinate . The 5.3 hectare area is located in the north-eastern part of the local community of Alflen .
The protection purpose is the preservation of characteristic landscape elements, extensively used pastures, in particular the juniper stocks including the animals and plants bound to this habitat for scientific reasons.
