The constituency of Southeast Finland (constituency 08) is one of 13 Finnish constituencies for elections to the Finnish Parliament and the President of the Republic of Finland . It includes the Finnish landscapes of South Karelia , South Savo and Kymenlaakso . In the parliamentary elections, each constituency is entitled to a certain number of seats in parliament depending on the number of inhabitants, the constituency of Southeast Finland currently has 17 seats.

The constituency was newly created for the 2015 parliamentary elections by merging the constituencies of Kymi and South Savo .
