The Walkmühlgraben is a left and eastern tributary of the Altmühl near Gunzenhausen in the Weißenburg-Gunzenhausen district in Central Franconia .

The Walkmühlgraben flows from a pond near the state road 2222 south of the Heidweiher and the Altmühlüberleiters on the northern outskirts of Gunzenhausen at an altitude of 420  m above sea level. NN . The stream is named after the former fulling mill . It crosses under the State Road 2222, flows through an industrial park and flows after a run of around 2.2 kilometers at an altitude of 412  m above sea level. NN from the left into the Altmühl.
