The house Weberstraße 40 is a Grade II listed building in the town of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located in the northern part of the historic Quedlinburger Neustadt and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site . It is registered as a residential building in the Quedlinburg monument register.

Architecture and history

The small half-timbered building was built in the second half of the 18th century. The framework has a so-called stand rhythm and a profile plank. The compartments are provided with decorative lining.

The front door dates from the end of the 19th century and is designed as a cassette door, with the cassettes being drilled.
