Weberstrasse 30 (Quedlinburg)
The house Weberstraße 30 is a Grade II listed building in the town of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located in the northern part of the historic Quedlinburger Neustadt. It is registered as a villa in the Quedlinburg monument register.
Architecture and history
The two-storey building dates from the second half of the 19th century. The plastered facade is lavishly decorated with ornaments in the neo-renaissance style and clearly structured. Off the northern gable wall of the ground floor there is a form of a gazebo landscaped winter garden .
