It is located in the northern part of the historic Quedlinburger Neustadt. It is registered as a villa in the Quedlinburg monument register. The building, which is also listed, is adjacent to Weberstraße 23 to the south .
Architecture and history
The massive building, which was initially free-standing at the time of construction, was built in the third quarter of the 19th century in a late classicist , monumental style. The plaster facade is designed differently on the two floors. The stair tower of the house and the transverse wing have a jamb .
The iron fence around the front garden is made in a neo-Gothic style.
