The house Weberstraße 49 is a listed building in the city of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located in the northern part of the historic Quedlinburger Neustadt and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site . It is registered as a residential building in the Quedlinburg monument register. To the north is the also listed building at Weberstrasse 48 .
Architecture and history
The two-storey half - timbered house was built around 1750. The half-timbered structure has a so-called stand rhythm . There is also a profile board. Around 1900 the building was converted.
