The house Weberstraße 8 is a Grade II listed building in the town of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located in the northern part of the historic Quedlinburger Neustadt and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site . It is registered as a residential building in the Quedlinburg monument register.

Architecture and history

The two-storey half - timbered house was built around 1780. The half-timbered structure has a so-called post rhythm and a profile plank that divides the facade horizontally. The front door has a skylight and is designed in the classicism style. In addition, shutters with shell-shaped ornaments, so-called rocailles , still existed at the end of the 20th century .
