It is located in the northern part of the historic Quedlinburger Neustadt and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site . In the Quedlinburg monument register it is registered as an agricultural citizen's farm. To the south is the also listed building at Weberstrasse 15, 17 .
Architecture and history
The small homestead dates from the early 18th century. The residential building of the property, which faces the street with its eaves side, was built in half-timbered construction , but the facade is plastered. The ground floor was changed in the 19th century. The front door and the shutters date from this time .
To the north of the house there is a half-timbered farm building. This house also runs along the street.
