Welyka Wyska ( Ukrainian Велика Виска ; Russian Великая Виска Velikaja Wiska ) is a village in the center of the Ukrainian Oblast Kirowohrad with about 2,400 inhabitants (2015) and an area of ​​81.902 km².

The first inhabitants of the village, founded around the middle of the 18th century on the banks of the Welyka Wys , were Bulgarians, Serbs, Moldavians and immigrants from various provinces of the Russian Empire. Today Welyka Wyska is the only village of the district council of the same name in the east of the Rajon Mala Wyska .

Welyka Wyska located 26 km southeast of the Rajonzentrum Mala Vyska and 34 km west of the Oblastzentrum Kropywnyzkyj . The M 12 / Europastraße 50 road runs through the village .
