Werner Klinnert

Werner Klinnert (born February 17, 1938 in Saarbrücken , † April 2, 2006 in Hoyerswerda ) was a German chemist and politician ( CDU ) and former member of the Saxon state parliament . He was a member of the Society of German Chemists .

Life

Werner Klinnert attended the EOS in Zittau and Großschönau , which he completed with the Abitur. He then studied chemistry at the Bergakademie Freiberg from 1956 and obtained his diploma in chemistry in 1962. From 1962 to 1966, Klinnert worked in research at the Lautawerk. In 1966 and 1967 he was a technologist at the Schwarzheide synthesis plant . Between 1967 and 1990 Klinnert was a research associate or group leader in the laboratory at the Scientific Technical Institute in Spreetal, at the Schwarze Pumpe gas combine, as well as for brown coal drilling and Welzow shaft construction . From July 1990 to March 1991 he was the department head for the administration of public facilities at the city administration of Hoyerswerda .

Klinnert was a Protestant, married and the father of four children.

Werner Klinnert had been a member of the CDU since 1968 and was a member of the CDU district executive in Hoyerswerda from 1972 to 1992 . He was a member of the middle class association of the CDU and chairman of the local association Hoyerswerda III of the CDU. In addition, Klinnert was deputy state chairman of the Evangelical Working Group of the CDU Saxony and since 1990 a member of the Hoyerswerda district council. From 1994 until his death he was a member of the Hoyerswerda City Council. In addition, Werner Klinnert was chairman of the support group of the Johanneum high school in Hoyerswerda, an allotment garden division and the Diakonisches Werk Hoyerswerda e. V. and member of the board of the allotment garden association Hoyerswerda e. V.

In October 1990 he was elected to the Saxon Landtag via constituency 25 (Hoyerswerda I), to which he belonged for two terms. In the 2nd electoral term he represented constituency 55 (Hoyerswerda). There he was in the 1st electoral term in the Environment Committee, in the 1st and 2nd electoral term in the Petitions Committee and in the 2nd electoral term in the Committee on Environment and Regional Development.
